Archipack 2.4.0 crashing at activation - Mac OS 12.2.1 #307

Blender version:3.0.1

Os version:Mac OS 12.2.1 - Macbook Pro 2021 - Apple M1 chip

Description of the issue: can't activate archipack. Crashing

I was able to activate it today. No idea what happened ...
