Unable to activate

Archipack version: 2.0.9 Blender version: 3.4 Os version: Win 10 Pro Description of the issue: Cannot activate Archipack PRO

Just purchased the addon, try to install it.. But cannot activate and get error report. Tried on Blender 3.2 & 3.4.. both same problem.. any solution?

you should find download link for latest version (2.6) in e-mail from support@blender-archipack.org. Once downloaded, setup over, restart blender then enable the addon.

I have a MAC. When I try to active the 2.6 Archipack addon, I get an error (see attached).

Please let me know if you need more info. Thanks

You must restart blender before enabling. Also ensure there "archipack community edition" is not enabled.

I’ve restarted Blender 3.5 many times since I installed the add-on and I’m still getting the error. I have the Pro version.
