Mac Blender Archipakc - error Traceback

Blender version:3.5.1 2023-04-25, Blender Foundation

Os version: 13.6.2

Description of the issue: The archipack Addon does not work, showing up the message of "Traceback"

I haven't found any solution for this problem, Once I find it I would try to do a tutorial, if someone knows how to solve it, I would appreciate the help

Hi I got this email from Archipack support team, Thanks to Stephen, In blender's preferences->system, alter backend from "Metal" to "OpenGl". I saw this solution in other adds.-on and work for almost everything including archi pack.

didnt work for me i tried Blender 3.6 and 3.5 :( maybe its because i have sonoma 14.2 what do you think?

Hello, I bought the premium version of the program, maybe that's why it works for me.

Of all the options I've looked into to fix this issue, this is the one that has worked for me and the one I've found the most online. I use a MacBook Pro 2017 with the latest version of Blender. I also uninstalled and reinstalled Blender, and did the same with the plugin.

I can also recommend that you send an email to ArchiPack for support. In my experience, they took about six hours to respond, sometimes even less, so I think they have a good support system.

For pro version, you must downlaod latest release using link in e-mail from support@blender-archipack.org For community edition, download from gumroad, but it is not compatible with blender 4.x

it worked! super happy altough im not sure if i did this step correctly

- i just put the location folder where all my archipack files are (on a external drive)

Must be a folder where you store the archipack_matlib.blend file.

yeah then its correct :) thanks thes details are super small on my interface, any idea how to make them larger?
