Issue using grab with vertex #75

Using the attached file, whenever I try and add a new vertex and use the shortcut G to move it, whole addon crashes and cannot be used again until Blender is restarted. Error report also attached Blender cad transforms error Floor Plan Obstacle course edit.zip
