Build combined #10

Added Dockerfile.combined which is supposed to produce a single image which contains back-end and front-end bundle which can be used by static middleware of the back-end. So far, this dockerfile contains only front-end bundle building

@takemyoxygen - I plan to finish this PR together with the deployment script we can use to deploy the site to prod (probably in a couple of day) I can do it right away if it is blocking you on anything.
