Upgrade FIRST SDK version to 5.3 #41

5.3 fixes various issues and is pretty stable

Coach Roy will update to 5.3

Coach Roy has successfully updated all programming computers to SDK 5.3 and a test run has shown no significant performance changes. Next step will be pushing those sdk changes to github.
