add InMoov model #196

A model of the InMoov robot using the stl files from www.InMoov.fr To view the model, load the body file in Choreonoid and set the clipping depth to maximum or at least 5000. For more information please refer to this video https://youtu.be/jXsHZquFRzA and feel free to ask me questions!

Since it seems to be a large model with many files, please do not include it as a sample in the Choreonoid's main source archive. At first I think it is good to create a repository with this model alone.
