Additional experiments with NER for EntityLinking (Very important, HARD DEADLINE 21 october)

After https://github.com/s-nlp/kbqa/issues/40 implement addition experiments with NER: Add experiments on MKQA (Only KGQA part of dataset with wikidata entity answers)

Addition experiments with TrueCase insted LargeCase. Choose best TrueCase model and add it to experiments pipeline. Calculate results and add to table with results (https://pypi.org/project/truecase/ or https://github.com/mayhewsw/pytorch-truecaser or maybe something else)
Ask Sergey (tg: @Sergey_Petrakov) script for generaring graphics (acuracy/reject rate) and do with best NER model and True/Large/Without Case
Prepare few slides about experiments and best NER model.
