Improve welcome page #24

Index page handling (welcome view) is currently without content. Modify that to have some intro text.

Improvement for routing after login also good.

Put as future enhancement to improve routing after login. For now, it does what it should. Removed milestone, changed category.

No need to be tracked anymore, Welcome page contains all required content now.
