Last time a user logged in.

Can be stored with CR (when last time changed to active)

Last time CR update is stored automatically with updated_at. The latest value makes only sense for user/device to save queries.

Model already created (see last commit #58).

Field empty now.

Add for each field where active is true last_login=Time.now.
