MultiNode Cluster Error #4

I am trying to build this out for production and so NSPOF.

Attached are my notes but I believe the format of the okd-installation-centos/provisioning/settings.sh is the issue

I want 3 master 3 infrastructure 3 worker I also want to break out etcd nodes dedicated but was planning on doing that after I learn basic cluster within scope of these installation instruction guides. okd_cluster_attempt_4.3.pdf
