inconsistency between code and documentation? #3

The documentation says the res argument will be mapped to dpi: https://github.com/s-u/Cairo/blob/master/man/Cairo.Rd#L111-L112 but actually it is just silently ignored: https://github.com/s-u/Cairo/blob/master/R/Cairo.R#L80-L83
