Please, rollback - Problems in controlled environments with the node update to version 20 #102

Please, rollback the PR https://github.com/s0/git-publish-subdir-action/pull/99. Many controlled environments do not allow the version 20 of node yet, causing some troubles. The version 16 will still continue working in the actions even after the end of the support period.
