npm needs to be packaged again #4

The version of this library on NPM has babel-polyfill listed as a devDependency, but is required in /lib/index.js:66:3. This is causing issues as the package is not installed when included as a dependency.

Looks like a fix for this was made in #1 it just needs to be released
