No feedback if seriebot cannot get clients list #3

The seriebot does not give any feedback if it is not capable of retreiving the 
requesting clients filelist. It should explain to the user that he/she might 
need to open slots, to set up a working active connection and maybe direct a 
user to a good network setup-guide.
