Can you try the below and get back to me?

* Close bot.
* Remove/Rename the "DATA" folder.
* start the bot again and try your command again.
* If it doesn't work, give me the content in the "DATA" folder.

I think I have got where the problem is.

It gives an error message:
"The remote name could not be resolved: 'services.tvrage.com'
 The remote name could not be resolved: 'www.thetvdb.com' "

Since I have removed DATA folder, it's not working for any of the series now.

PS. My internet connection is working perfectly fine and bot has no
restrictions.

Thank you

Ok, then it is a external problem of some sort (Read: outside my control).

Do you have a firewall?
Is the app allowed to communicate through the firewall?
Do you have a antivirus program?
Can you access the addresses in your webbrowser?

What OS are you running?
