Crash when using tech editor

* open toped (without loading any configuration)
* open technology editor
* add a layer (provide just name,number and dtype) -> apply -> cancel
* change to the layer tab --> RMB
* edit layer --> technology editor opens again
* press simply "apply"
* press simply "cancel"

--> Segmentation fault
