Assert triggers #50

Sometimes assert in datacenter.cpp (DataCenter::unlockTDT) triggers.
It happens when toped call tellstdfunc::stdNEWDESIGNd::execute() in
tpd_db.cpp during  DATC->unlockTDT(dbLibDir) execution.

After that I get message in output window of Visual Studio:
HEAP[toped.exe]: HEAP: Free Heap block 2a86fa8 modified at 2a86fd0 after it
was freed Windows has triggered a breakpoint in toped.exe.

After changing compiler to Visual Studio 2008 problem is gone
