test: improve fixtures generator #176

Description

Fixes test setup issues introduced by previous PR #175

[x] Separate tests and fixtures for EN10168 v0.0.4 rc
[x] Add fixtures as Nx cache invalidator for test targets
[x] Update fixtures generators and their docs
