Disinformation Activity by Day on Twitter (2)

Background Context: We have collected some disinformation-related tweets. Now for the users who created those tweets, let's get all their other tweets.

Development Goal: Fetch some Tweets for a given set of users, and store them in a Google BigQuery database.
