I can help with this... Any areas in particular I should focus on?

Hi Ben

Sorry was distracted over the holidays. I've just pushed a whole heap of changes and redone the readme. I've been trying to document as I go but some of the docstrings are a bit sketchy so any improvements to any of those would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers Jason

Awesome thanks! I submitted this to /r/clojure and it got a ton of upvotes and a bunch of retweets from @yogthos on twitter. I've seen a few attempts at a Bioclojure project before (@chapmanb has one, for example) but this one seems to be the most polished. I'd love to get involved. Gotta finish up a few client projects over the next month, but then I want to dive in and study your code

Cool thanks! I thought something happened as the page doubled its star count (not that it was that high:). Would be great to have someone else have a look over the code. Although we use it a lot in the lab we certainly aren't programming gurus so some feedback would be great!
