integrate feedback of rOpenSci review
sparsifies MNW bootstraps
computes pinv via rcpp eigen (large speed gains)
now possible to interrupt rcpp loops
update docs: better explanation for plot method + explain how to turn messages and warnings off
reorganization of ropensci ssr tags into code
unlocks parallelization (nthreads was set to 1 by default for some reason)

I keep on getting this error when running the actions: "Error : '.' is an unrecognized escape in character string (:22:94) ERROR: unable to collate and parse R files for package 'fwildclusterboot'". Strangely, I neither receive this error locally nor on rhub.
