increase sampling frequency for I2C sensor #50

currently, the max fs is 32Hz. We need to improve to ~100Hz.

Proposal: transmit more than one packet per time window.

the max of fs depends on the time slot length. Currently, we have tested the mote with fs = 52Hz.
