missing rcon into palworld for setting broadcast into schedules ( for announcing restart for exemple ) and also add palguard anticheat with automatic update ! and you are perfect

Hi, there're options inside PalWorldSetting.ini to enable rcon. And I think that a port for rcon needs to be assigned to the server. I'll take a look a bit later if one can set those settings like RCONPort=25575 as startup variables.

I don't think that it would be possible to auto install and update palguard anticheat because the releases are on nexusmods and I don't know if they have a url like here on github to get always the latest release. I think that's something the user needs to install and update himself.

Would be cool if that would be possible but I couldn't find anything out quickly how that could be implemented.
