I am a developer for the ArchAssault Project, we would like to distribute this repo. But we noticed its missing a license, acn you please add a license to it?

Hi. Each scripts in this repo is added with a licence variable. I believe that will suffice.

I dont see a license is it on the NSE repo itself or in the scripts directly?

yes. it's in the script directly. please look for following line in the code. license = "Same as Nmap--See http://nmap.org/book/man-legal.html"

Apologies, we have been swamped with a lot of stuff. I will get it added today. We will just drop it into the nmap scripts dir should be a very easy additon such as vulnscan.
