Updated the config.php location #29

Updated the location of config.php file for including. Solution for error occured in Windows Environment

@gamblur The root path is supposed to be use xvwa. If you want to change the root path to something, this might also affect a bunch of other files as well. As of now, this is not very dynamically configurable. Would you mind writing a patch to make the root path configurable ? Happy to merge contributions.
