Sometimes, approval icon does not appear in popup menu (IntelliJ IDEA 2022.2.3 (Ultimate Edition)) #7

Expected:

If a folder or test can be approved, I would expect the popup menu to contain the thumbs up icon to approve the entire folder content or the test.

Actual: The popup context menu does not have the icon, but approval can be done using the short cut.
