Q: HST mode1 hand throttle, rocker pedal #32

Hi, as your wiki says, in HST mode 1 is usually a vehicle equipped with a rocker pedal, or two pedals, for driving forward and backward. Can this function be mapped to the gas and brake pedals, please? At this moment I have still to manually switch the direction, like in any other vehicle without mod.

Also, I'm looking for a working mode of hand throttle. In your mapping is "hand throttle axis", but this is no axis, only on/off is possible, with no / full hand throttle behavior, even if mapped on the axis. And no hand-throttle works mapped for the other mods (VCA, Realismaddon Gearbox). I'm sure that there is no key binding duplicity or mismatch. Exactly, the VCA mapping works with engine behavior. When the vehicle stays, engine revs react up/down according to VCA hand throttle settings. But when the throttle pedal is engaged, revs go to idle, and the vehicle slowly accelerates to max idle speed. Realismaddon Gearbox hand throttle doesn't have any impact on engine revs. I don't know why. Key mapping is always remapped, with no collision or duplicity between the VCA/ReaGB hand-throttle definition.

ehm, and did you think about colorblind mode for warning lamps? :-) Because the colors are a bit incomprehensible to me...

@s4t4n Sebastian, thank you for your "answers". Ehm... okay, no answers to my questions about rocker pedal and colorblind mode... I understand.

But, where is please my fault about the hand throttle and HST? Your wiki says:

  1. hand throttle: There is a special feature of the HST.
  2. HST: mode 1: ... If you press the pedal for one direction of travel, the vehicle moves as a percentage of the pedal - but the engine speed remains unchanged (idle). This means that the maximum speed is not reached. = okay, it's work
  3. The hand throttle must be used for this. At 100% hand throttle, the travel speed can still be operated as a percentage because it is a hydraulic drive. And it doesn't work. My description is above and I'm not sure where exactly is that my fault. Please teach me. ;-)
