What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open program, Select all music that I want to copy into iTunes
2.Two artist folders are similar( e.g. Animal Collective and Animal
collective) with different albums inside
3.Only the first folder will copy and the second is left out and will NOT
allow me to manually insert it. why cant i just copy and paste everything?
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to be able to take all my music and put it on my new computer.
I only get about half of my music and I cannot rename files on the ipod so
i cannot fix the root of the problem or the end result.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest versions of itunes, Mac OS X Tiger and updated ipod
Please provide any additional information below.
What can I do to make this less of a pain in the ass? I dont nessecarily
need my playlists or anything else- i just want ALL my music to be in my
itunes. please help! I just lost all my info on my computer and i was
hoping this would be the easy part- it's very discouraging. :(
