Camera local time is 20mins late #420

As stated in title, i have two cameras/app used and both of them are 20 mins late. is that me or it is a common issue?

20mins seems to be odd,I have to manually add Australian timezones because it was out before. Seems strange for 20mins, should work if right timezone
