GASI Exception: Failed to connect to Google's servers. #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install GASI(google-apps-shell)
2. execute GASI
3. User Authentication Manager

We have tried to install in the domain simbogota.com.co but we get the error: 
Exception: Failed to connect to Google's servers.
