In this issue you have to make separate folders for different kind of platforms like gfg , codchef , hacker rank and different kind of other By this any one can easily access the DSA problem.

@s7917 I have Added the Recursion Problems in this Repository and created the PR. Please review Recurion Folder and let me know if anything is wrong and please add the label "Hacktoberfest2023".
