App closes itself after hitting apply, only some of apps have their icon changed #21

Tried on multiple different themes, all installed correctly, the same few apps always have their icons updated but most of them don't change. When I hit apply theme it hangs as it should but the app closes itself shortly after the hang. iPhone X 15.1

Some files are not supported, so they will be automatically closed. You can delete some files and leave only useful application icons

Can you specify which files are not working?

As you can see, it has only changed Discord, Google chat, gmail, and Google drive. Also the theme clearly doesn't fully apply as after pressing apply it hangs as it's supposed to, but then the app closes itself.

This theme has hundreds and hundreds of icons, a lot of my apps are included in it and they haven't changed. Again if I try a different theme with a huge amount of icons, it still only changes a handful total.

Have you tried rebuilding icon caches using TrollStore?

angrykid8 commented 1 year ago

Yes several times, I rebuild icon cache in TrollStore right after the app closes itself after hitting apply, and the apps shown are the only to change, no more change after several rebuilds

You can find the bundle identifier of the application and change the extension of the corresponding application icon .such as IMG_3810 IMG_3812 84AC8A78EA0A28F70F76CC6FA8ED559B

I have checked the icons are named correctly, they still are not being changed. Example here is Apollo, the icon name is correct, yet the app icon is not themed.image
