gyp --build does not work with VS 2010 Express #387

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run gyp with --build 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It is even recommended to use "msbuild" instead of "devenv" and the former is 
available on Express Editions (see 
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/xee0c8y7.aspx).
