Similar to ft/nftCounter, have NFT version of HashPuzzle.

Rename [n]ft -> Counter[N]FT

Add NFT version tests in https://github.com/sCrypt-Inc/scrypt-ord/blob/master/tests/specs/fromTxHashPuzzle.spec.ts. Locate the tx by NFT origin, using ordinal API.
