The BC does not take discounts in to the equation when detecting which attacks are valid #332

For example if I have a 1 discount for attack spells and try to cast Sunfire Burst. I only have 4 Mana and it costs 5 mana to cast. The BC will not consider the Sunfire Burst attack as valid possibility.

I am unable to reproduce this error.

I had a forcemaster with force ring equipped attempt to cast invisible fist on a Thoughtspore with only 3 mana. I succeeded. As far as I can tell, everything seems to be working as intended.
