'Start game' button does nothing #28

It just says 'GAME RUNNING' but it tries to start the game.

To clarify, this bug is where the launcher attempts to start the game when the game doesn't exist or the game directory isn't set. Both result in it attempting but failing to start the game.

This is an oversight and will be sorted next release.

This has been fixed in public release 1.1.4
