allocate domain names #31

Make sure we have decent domain names for public access.

I did allocation using AWS Route53: opendj.me opendj.io opendj.de

Unfortunately, there is no toplevel domain ".dj" , so "open.dj " is not possible-

As a backup in case of clashes with opendj name, I also did allocate openplaylist.io openplaylist.me openplaylist.net

I just realized that actually, there is a .DJ toplevel domain (for Djibouti), so open.dj might be possible.
