Experiment with PostgreSQL Operator #55

As prep for #8 - having an operator is pre-req. Starting point for experiments is operatorhub.io, find the operator, install it and see how easy /convenient it actually is.

Did some expierments and could not get it to work. Anybody else want to give it a try? Otherwise, I will drop it.

Dropped and closed, as we will go with Kafka and Mongo as persistence layer - see #8
