Experiment with Mongo Operator #56

As prep for #8 - having an operator is pre-req. Starting point for experiments is operatorhub.io, find the operator, install it and see how easy /convenient it actually is.

Will drop this for now, as for the MVP it seems we can work without datbase. @m4rcsch, would you like to give it a try, maybe later or in a different context?
