Hi, got another issue with the code: It seems that this and the following line try to flush files that are opened and (more importantly) closed in the measurement routine already. Removing them makes the code run fine. Any opposing opinions on that?

Sorry, just realised that https://zenodo.org/record/4016827/files/sa2c/thirring-rhmc-v1.1.zip?download=1 is a rather old version of the code. Johann has also commented out the said lines.
