Is your feature request related to a problem?

Can't have a local passcode set and AutoLock off.

Describe the solution you'd like

Have local passcode set but not AutoLock time. So simply add "Never" to AutoLockBox::prepare().options

Describe alternatives you've considered

Turn local passcode off but then I can't lock Telegram anymore by using the keyboard shortcut.
