Dear contributor,

I am submitting this issue in order to ask if there's an expected date or time frame for the release of the code.

Thank you!

Hi, Thank you for your interest in the code! My apologies. I am currently in the process of polishing my code and expanding it to a full journal paper. I will update the modified code in the next few weeks. Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime!

Many thanks for your answer :)

I would also like this chance to ask if the data you used for training is available somewhere.

If not, are you able to provide it?

Gratefully,

M.

Hi, The dataset that I used are in vivo echo images I acquired during my collaboration with another lab that does pig myocardial infarction studies. Unfortunately, the dataset is directly owned by the lab and I don't have the permission to share it. We are currently in the works to publish the dataset as well so others can have public 3D+time echocardiography datasets to work with. Unfortunately, I'm not sure when that will be at the moment.

For other public datasets in echo, I would recommend works by Alessandrini et al (2015) IEEE TMI. Although the synthetic dataset from that paper has some inherent limitations that may not work well with my proposed attention mechanism. Happy to talk more if you have more questions.

Could you mention the names of the publications that you are referring to? by Alessandrini
