Naggy doesn't allow writing to .h files #41

If the .c file is opened (so presumably parsed by the supposedly disabled Naggy) and the .h file is edited, trying to save the .h file causes a dialog box saying "The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with an user-mapped section open".

Any idea on when this will be fixed? I have had to disable Naggy for all development in Atmel Studio 6.1 in the meantime. If I could downgrade to a previous version that would also be acceptable but I think that is a slippery slope.

Duplicate of issue #43. Fix coming up in the next release.
