Upgrade to DKPro Core 1.5.0 #33

We should upgrade from DKPro Core 1.4.0 to DKPro Core 1.5.0.  Because the 
dependent uimaFIT API has changed, this will break a lot of code which we must 
rewrite.  There is a migration guide at 
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/UIMA/Migration+guide+1.x+to+2.x

Done for DKPro WSD GPL.  Google Code's SVN repository is experiencing problems 
today so the corresponding changes to DKPro WSD ASL aren't fully committed yet.
