Upgrade to DKPro Similarity 2.1.0 #36

The WSI module currently depends on DKPro Similarity 1.0.0, which depends on an 
old version of DKPro Core (1.4.0).  DKPro WSD uses the current version of DKPro 
Core (1.5.0) which may be incompatible.

DKPro Similarity 2.1.0 also uses DKPro Core 1.5.0 but hasn't been released yet. 
 We should upgrade to DKPro Similarity 2.1.0 as soon as it is released.

In the meantime it would be helpful to upgrade to DKPro Similarity 2.0.0, which 
is currently available and less dependent on DKPro Core 1.4.0.

DKPro Similarity 2.1.0 was released today.  We can now upgrade.
