SemCor reader should add Token annotations #49

The SemCor reader should optionally add Token annotations corresponding to the 
<wf> and <punc> elements.  It should do this by default, but this should be 
suppressable via a configuration parameter.

Looks like the changes have caused several JUnit tests to fail.  Something to 
do with POS type errors; haven't had a chance to investigate in detail.

I think this was caused by a missing tagmapping file that will only be 
available from dkpro 1.6.0 onwards. I hope that the latest change has fixed 
that.
