added multiMonthPlugin and upgrade to fullCalendar 6.1.8 #108

fullCalendar versions upgraded to v6 to add the multiMonth plugin. css plugin imports have been removed as the js is resposible to inject the classes.

hey, thanks for your contribution. V3 will be released later this week and already includes all Fullcalendar available plugins by default.
