Support for Astro 3 view transitions? #6

Hi @saadeghi, I wondered how I can make theme-change work with Astro 3 view transitions. Would be great if you could adjust the template and/or update the docs (of theme-change).

Is there a problem with view transitions?

In the meanwhile I solved the issue by deactivating rss for now. View Transitions are working fine.
