United Kingdom Template #59

Allow the user to switch to a UK style of a template, in the UK they do not use GPA for all grades.

Hey @FK78, thanks for raising this issue. Is some other measurement used instead of GPA?

@saadq yes we have GCSEs, A-Levels and many more, the honours system is used to measure university (college in the US) grades.
